Keuka Sweeps NEAC Field Hockey Weekly Honors

LATHAM, N.Y. – Keuka College’s Makaela Mills and Kassidy Valentine have been named North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) field hockey Players of the Week.   

Makaela Mills (Afton, N.Y.) earns Offensive Player of the Week after tallying five points in Keuka’s 10-0 win over Wells College on Saturday. The first-year wolf scored once and added three assists. Mills leads the Wolves in assists with four.

Kassidy Valentine (Glendora, Calif.) didn’t allow a goal in 37 minutes of play for Keuka in a 10-0 win over Wells. The senior lowered her goals-against average to 3.33.


The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) has 12 NCAA Division III member institutions which include: Cazenovia College, Gallaudet University, Keuka College, Lancaster Bible College, Morrisville State, Penn College, Penn State Abington, Penn State Berks, Penn State Harrisburg, SUNY Cobleskill, SUNY Poly, and Wells College. Associate members are: Alfred State (M Lacrosse), Cedar Crest College (W Swimming), College of Saint Elizabeth (M Tennis & M Volleyball), D’Youville College (W Lacrosse), Hilbert College (M&W Lacrosse), Medaille College (M&W Lacrosse), Rutgers University – Camden (M Golf), SUNY Potsdam (M Volleyball) and Wilson College (M Volleyball).
