Smith regularly officiated NEAC games, including several at Wells over the years.

July 19, 2010 SUNYIT's Twumasi and Facey Receive Arthur Ashe Sports Scholars Awards SUNYIT junior Daniel Twumasi (Brooklyn, NY/James Madison) and sophomore Nico Facey (New York, NY/George Westinghouse) of the men’s soccer team have both received the 2010 Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholars Award, which is presented by the publication Diverse: Issues in Higher Education to honor undergraduate student-athletes of color who excel in academics, athletics and community service.
