With a growing and newly renovated campus which includes state-of-the-art dorms and apartment style housing, Hilbert College boasts a population of just under 1,200 students. The college prides itself on providing the very best in individual attention noted by a 14:1 student/faculty ratio. Students can choose from 14 different academic majors including our national renowned Criminal Justice and Forensic Science programs.
The college sponsors 13 varsity Division III athletic teams: Baseball, Basketball (men and women), Cross Country (men and women), Golf (mixed), Lacrosse (men and women), Soccer (men and women), Softball, Volleyball (men and women).
The Hafner Recreation Center houses the men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball teams. The outdoor diamonds serve our baseball and softball teams. The college maintains a practice and varsity game field for the men’s and women’s lacrosse and soccer teams.
Hilbert College is a member of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) in baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, softball and volleyball. The men’s volleyball team is also a member of the United Volleyball Conference (UVC). Hilbert’s men’s lacrosse program is an associate member in the North Eastern Athletic Conference and beginning in spring of 2013 our women’s lacrosse program will field its first varsity team after offering a club team for several years.
