North Eastern Athletic Conference Student-Athlete of the Week Selections
GANSEVOORT, NY – The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) announces student-athlete of the week ending Sunday, February 10, 2008 in the sports of men's and women's basketball.

Raquan Banks (Newark, NJ) was selected as the NEAC Men’s Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week.  Banks, a 6’4” freshman forward for Keuka College, was selected for his outstanding offensive and defensive performance for the week leading his team to a 3-0 week in conference play.  Banks finished the week with 62 points (20.7/game), 22 rebounds (7.3/game), 15 assists (5/game), 6 steals, 5 blocks, 8-for-17 from the free throw line (.470 from the line), and a .480 shooting percentage.  Banks had a great all around week netting 27 points in the win over Penn State - Harrisburg along with 21 points and 9 assists versus Cazenovia College.  Banks receives this award for the third time this season.
Kerry Fallon(Scranton, PA) was selected as the NEAC Women’s Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week. Fallon, a 5’2” senior guard for Keystone College was selected for her strong offensive and defensive performance for the week.  This week, Fallon help lead her team to a 2-0 week in conference play with 45 points (22.5/game), 7 rebounds (3.5/game), 12 assists (6.0/game), 5 steals, 2 blocks, 11-for-24 from three point range (.458 from 3-pt. range), 4-for-4 from the free throw line (1.00 from the line), and a .454 shooting percentage.  Fallon recorded a game and season high 33 points in the first contest of the week, as well as setting a school record by converting 9 three-pointers. She also added 3 assists, 2 rebounds and 1 steal.  Fallon continued on netting 12 points, 5 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals in the second game of the week.
